		The whole estate is 25 hectares in extent (75 acres), with 150 privately owned cottages. Most owners are seldom there, and one is never aware of there being more than a handful of people. Our bush cabins are in the milkwood forest and carefully located so as to avoid damaging the trees. They are picturesque log cottages - some are small, others are much bigger than the rondavels. Many are actually under the trees, and almost the whole area is shady and sheltered from the wind. A few are right on the lake front with spectacular views across the lake; but all are only a few steps from the lake shore.
